This, the first of the Signature Series guitars, has a number of features that add to its value and playability. A Solid Spruce Top crowned with Faux Abalone Binding seals the Rosewood Back and Sides. The classic Dreadnaught shape delivers a tone that
resonates beyond expectation. A gloss finish covers it's seamless lines while the Gold Hardware adds the finishing touch.

Perhaps we could have spared a few appointments. Maybe we could have produced a more conservative desgn. However, these added details are what make each and every KONA special. We have done our level best to assure that your KS1N will improve with age.

The KS2 Series of Solid Spruce Top guitars push the envelope of design. In our quest for the perfect tone we chose a Mini-Jumbo body that incorporates Dreadnought depth. The result? A tonal response that is unlike any other. A perfect balance of highs and lows. A book matched Rosewood Back displays beautiful grain and rich color. The Faux Abalone Binding and Rosette rides its edge and circles the uniquely oval Sound Hole. Precise tuning is made possible by the Two-Tone Gold 16:1 Tuning Machines. All of this is bridged by a multi-piece series of inlays that rest securely in the Rosewood Fret Board.

Kona 12 string Acoustic Guitars by customer request. Featuring Solid Spruce Top, which improves with age and Mahogany back & sides for excellent bass response and enhanced Midrange. The Fret Board and Bridge is made of Solid Rosewood, and for durability and appearance we added a Gloss Finish. The KS12NE is available with an Active Pickup, with a 3 Band EQ and presence. You asked for it Kona delivers.
