What does it take to get Kona to allow you to be an endorser of the guitars?

Kona Guitars has several different levels of endorsements:

1-"Artist Pricing" on guitars and other items.
2-"Artist Pricing" on items and a number of guitars provided.
3-"Artist Pricing" on items and a number of guitars provided; building Custom Kona USA guitars for the artist.
4-"Top Secret"

We look for musicians who want to play our guitars and help promote our line of guitars.
Being involved in a band, touring, being an amazing player and such does help; although our artists have a wide range of where they are at in their career.
We do a lot for our artists above just providing guitars. We have contacts all over the music industry and we cross promote our artists with our record company contacts as well as our other contacts such as radio stations and concert promoters, etc. We try to help our artists build on their career and help wherever we can. If they are playing a Kona; we go where they go; they go where we go. A "win, win" situation.
We also own Trinity River Guitars, Main Street Guitars, Barraza, and GP Drums.
